New pipe in ditch, but is the wrong size.
Old pipe taken out.
Made call to the TCRSD and it will get exchanged for the right size.
12:00pm- Culvert work has been completed. New 15”, 20’ long pipe installed and covered with a load of base rock. Smashed end on old existing pipe also fixed.
